The brutality and cruelty of nature can be difficult to accept sometimes. You might like to consider, for example, the amount of time some species of animals leave their children. Unfortunately, that’s just the way things are, isn’t it? We were not told to accept it and let it be the way it is…
We can learn a lot from Erin and Bea. Despite the fact that her clutch had started hatching, Bea was left behind. Bea was not pleased with the whole situation. Fortunately, due to an unfortunate sequence of events, Erin found her at just the right moment when Bea was hatching. A mother duck attempted to be brought back to her nest, but Erin was unable to accomplish this. As a result, Erin decided to take things into her own hands.

As I was making way back, I checked the nest to see if there were any fake eggs. Well! The bugger was already developing, so it’s a good thing I did. At sunset, baby was still sleeping and mama was not interested in engaging in any interaction with him. Erin said in an interview on another website that even though she knew it wouldn’t last, her mind would not let go of the experience.
